DMCA Policy

SinfulSquad respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, as well as equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. We do not host or store copyrighted content on our infrastructure. SinfulSquad operates as a community discussion platform where members reference content hosted on third-party services.

Submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that material referenced on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice that contains all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (URL, page reference, or community message link).
  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Counter-Notice

If you believe a removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Counter-notices should be sent to the same email above with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice."

Repeat Infringers

Community members who repeatedly submit or reference infringing material will have their access to the SinfulSquad community terminated.

False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages.
