SinfulSquad is a community discovery and discussion platform. SinfulSquad does not produce, host, store, distribute, or otherwise create any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), and accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to this site.

Third-Party Content

Any content referenced or discussed within the SinfulSquad community is hosted by third-party platforms such as (but not limited to) Mega.nz, Bluesky, Reddit, Telegram, and other public services. The record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, where applicable, are the responsibility of the original producers and distributors of that content, not SinfulSquad.

Good-Faith Verification

SinfulSquad community members and moderators make good-faith efforts to ensure that referenced content originates from sources that themselves comply with all applicable age-verification and record-keeping laws. We do not knowingly reference, share, or permit the sharing of content depicting any person under the age of 18.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe any content referenced through the SinfulSquad community involves a person under the age of 18, or otherwise violates applicable laws, please report it immediately to abuse@sinfulsquad.site. All such reports are investigated within 24 hours and acted upon promptly.

Custodian of Records

As SinfulSquad does not produce content subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, no custodian of records is required to be designated. For questions regarding our compliance posture, contact abuse@sinfulsquad.site.
